The
Challenge
Anyware came to us with a beautiful concept for singer Jessie Ware’s childrenswear brand: clothes designed to grow with your child, using oversized, gender-neutral silhouettes that could be shared, re-worn and loved for years.
The designs were created by George Reddings for Jessie Ware, with a clear brand direction and a strong point of view.
But behind the lovely concept was a very familiar founder problem.
The client had already been let down elsewhere and came to us needing support, clarity and a team who could actually get the collection developed and made.
In her own words:
“I found Fazane when I was at the end of my rope having been let down. She managed to pull me off the edge and believed in me and my brand.”
Which, honestly, is exactly why this work matters.
Because when a founder has already been through supplier disappointment, they do not need more vague promises. They need a calm, capable team who can take the drawings, fix the gaps and move the product forward properly.
The
Solution
We took the original designs and developed them into a production-ready childrenswear collection.
That meant reviewing the shapes, fabrics, construction and technical details, then making sure each style could be translated from design idea into something the UK factory could actually make beautifully and consistently.
We helped the client choose suitable fabrics and agree the details needed to bring the range together.

From there, our team created the full technical specifications and patterns required for the UK factory to develop the samples.
The collection moved through proto samples, first fit samples and final PP samples before production, with fit reviewed and refined throughout the process.

Because this was childrenswear, testing and wearer trials were also important. The garments needed to look good, but they also had to be comfortable, practical and suitable for real children wearing them in real life.
Once the styles were approved, we managed full UK production and delivery of the finished collection.

The client received everything needed to launch the brand, from tech packs and fit samples through to beautifully packaged stock delivered into the warehouse.
Or, in less polite production language: we took the chaos, gave it a critical path and got the thing made.

Thank g*d for Fazane Fox
Because being let down before production is not just frustrating. It can completely knock a founder’s confidence.
This project needed more than manufacturing. It needed product development, technical specs, patterns, fitting, testing, wearer trials, UK production management and a team who could give the founder the confidence to keep going.
We helped Anyware turn a thoughtful childrenswear concept into a fully developed, beautifully produced UK-made collection, ready to launch and ready to wear.
Seasonless childrenswear? Yes.
Supplier stress spiral? Not on our watch.
"I found Fazane when I was at the end of my rope having been let down. She managed to pull me off the edge and believed in me and my brand. Fazane and her team made everything so easy and I am proud of what we achieved together. She is so knowledgeable and supportive and a pleasure to work with, and made the manufacturing process completely stress free. Fazane and her skilled team provided everything I needed to launch my brand from tech packs, to fit samples to beautiful packaged stock into my warehouse. I have learnt so much from her. She is professional and personable and I sincerely hope I get to work with her again!"
