Sandy Cheeks Influencer Loungewear Collection

The
Challenge

Ellie Egar came to us with Sandy Cheeks, a family-owned fashion business built around neutral, flattering and comfortable loungewear.

The vision was clear: a mix-and-match collection that felt effortless, feminine and versatile, without falling into throwaway fast fashion territory.

The range needed to feel soft, wearable and figure-flattering, but still have the polish and consistency needed for an online fashion launch.

Ellie had brought some existing styles and shapes that she liked the fit of, but these needed translating into her own Sandy Cheeks collection with the right proportions, fabrics, branding and production route.

The project included 10 styles across sweatshirts, cropped hoodies, joggers, flared joggers, bralettes, three-piece sets, racer tops, shorts and cropped sweatshirts.

So, not just “a few comfy bits”.

A full loungewear collection with multiple fabrics, fits, shapes, trims and branding details all needing to behave themselves at the same time.

The
Solution

We supported Sandy Cheeks across the full development process, helping turn Ellie’s product direction into a cohesive launch collection.

The hoodies, sweatshirts and joggers were developed using American fleece, while the tops and shorts used rib and 4x4 rib fabrics to create a softer, more fitted loungewear feel.

We fitted Ellie’s original reference styles on her in our UK office, then adjusted measurements and proportions to suit the new Sandy Cheeks pieces we were developing.

From there, our team created the CADs and technical packs needed for the Portugal factory to develop the samples accurately.

All samples were fitted in the UK office on Ellie, with amendments documented clearly before new sample rounds were produced.

We also sourced and developed the branded details, including main labels, care labels, heat seal logos and swing tickets, so the collection felt joined-up from garment to packaging.

Ellie was focused, decisive and committed throughout the process, attending meetings, giving clear feedback and helping keep the development moving.

Which, frankly, deserves its own tiny round of applause because indecision is where timelines go to die.

The final Sandy Cheeks collection launched online as a tonal, feminine and versatile loungewear range designed to be mixed, matched and worn your own way. Since launching Sandy Cheeks, Ellie has continued to build her public profile, including appearing on The Real Housewives of Cheshire.

Thank g*d for Fazane Fox

Because influencer-led fashion still needs proper product development behind the pretty pictures.

This project needed more than nice colours and comfortable shapes. It needed fit refinement, fabric selection, CADs, technical packs, branded trims, sample management, clear approvals and a production route that could bring the full collection together.

We helped Sandy Cheeks turn Ellie’s loungewear vision into a developed, branded and production-ready collection with the softness, comfort and polish needed for an online launch.

Cosy? Yes.

Randomly chucked together? Absolutely not.
